Why now: Chile's 40-Hour Law is structural demand

Chile reduced its workweek from 45 to 40 hours. April 2026: drops to 42h. 2028: 40h. The law explicitly mentions restaurants, hotels and clubs and recommends "evaluating digitalization or automation of tasks." Restaurant owners need to automate — and there is no robotics distributor for HORECA anywhere in South America. We intend to be that distributor. The question is: with whom?

Tariff triangulation

Importing technology via Chile significantly reduces tariffs versus importing directly into Brazil (13–14% tariffs) or Argentina (currency controls + bureaucracy). Chile has active FTAs with the USA, China, EU, Japan, Korea and 59 more economies. Brazil and Argentina operate within Mercosur with limited coverage. Peru has decent reach but not at Chile's level.
